Elizabeth Dodge, CEP

Founder & Principal of Equity Plan Solutions

 

Elizabeth is the Principal and founder of Equity Plan Solutions, LLC (EPS), providing equity compensation consulting services to companies from startups to large public corporations. Previously, Elizabeth was a Vice President for Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. where she led the Professional Services team. Prior to SOS she held product management roles in stock plan services at BNY Mellon and ETRADE Corporate Services. She started EPS at the beginning of 2016, and has been in equity compensation since 1998. Elizabeth became a Certified Equity Professional in 1999 and co-authors the chapter on accounting in The Stock Option Book. She also serves on the Executive Advisory Committee of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and was honored with the NASPP Individual Achievement award in 2012 and the NASPP 10-year service award in 2017.

Albert Orozco

Principal & Head of Operations

 

Albert has a long history in Equity Compensation.  He started his career with ShareData in 1997 supporting Equity Edge.  After ShareData was acquired by E*TRADE Financial Albert staffed and managed E*TRADE's Stock Plan Implementation Team.  Looking for new challenges, Albert developed and managed the Stock Plan Business Analytics team, where he worked on all aspects of the business, from budgeting and forecasting to building client and participant pricing strategies.  In 2017 with EPS growing quickly Albert joined Elizabeth as Principal and head of Operations.

Julie Kenia, CEP

Senior Equity Plan Consultant

 

Julie is a Certified Equity Professional with twenty years of experience in long-term incentive programs and equity plan administration where her extensive background and knowledge helps clients with their employee equity plan challenges. Julie has assisted clients with spin-offs, mergers, stock splits, stock plan best practice reviews, software training, day-to-day administration training, vendor evaluations and implementations, and accounting related reconciliations. She has also assisted with ESPP expensing, data audits and conversions, and 6039 compliance.

Julie began her equity compensation career with AT&T and later became a member of the Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. (SOS) team until 2017 when she joined EPS to provide support to clients looking to close their equity administration gaps. She has presented at industry webinars, NASPP Annual Conference and NASPP Chapter meetings. 

Jill Okamura

Equity Plan Consultant

 

Jill earned her certificate in Advanced Accounting Proficiency at Santa Clara University in June 2015.  Since then she has worked in public accounting and started her career in Equity Compensation.  She worked at Eames and associates for several years and specialized in Private Client administration and cap tables.  Jill continues to work with private clients at EPS but is venturing into more project work.  

Lauren Eames, CEP

Equity Plan Consultant

 

Lauren is a Stock Plan Professional with several years of experience with Eames & Associates providing equity administration and compensation services to privately held companies. Lauren has a background in private client administration but is also working on special projects. 

Prior to settling into equity administration, Lauren was a geologist with an international environmental consulting company.

Barbara Richley, CEP

Equity Plan Consultant

Barbara has thirty years of experience in equity compensation.  She began her equity compensation career when she and a colleague started the Employee Stock Plan Services division at Charles Schwab in 1989. Since then, she has worked as a Senior Manager of Product Management of both Equity Edge and Equity Edge Online at E*TRADE Financial’s Corporate Services, as the Vice President of the largest Corporate Services group at Smith Barney and as the Director of Client Services for a stock administration outsourcing service provider.

Most recently Barbara worked as a Senior Equity Consultant at Stock & Option Solutions where she assisted clients with plan administration, platform conversions/implementations, tender offers/option exchanges, vendor selections, various large implementation projects, and complex financial accounting.  She is a CEP, has volunteered her time serving on the CEP Curriculum Committee and the Executive/Program Committees for the Silicon Valley Chapter of NASPP, has spoken frequently at industry conferences and has a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A.

Tiffany D. Kelley

Equity Plan Consultant

 

Tiffany has 15+ years of progressive equity compensation working knowledge and experience in a multitude of diverse corporations and organizations.  She has a strong background in planning, developing, implementing, and administering complex equity compensation, payroll, and benefits plans, policies, procedures, and systems.   She began her equity compensation career in 2005 with E*Trade Financial Services as a Stock Plan Administrator. Since then, she has worked in various different roles leading all facets of compensation, payroll, and benefits for both mid-size firms and fortune 500 companies. 

Tiffany has active memberships with the Atlanta Chapter of NASPP, American Payroll Association, SHRM, World at Work, and the Atlanta Area Compensation Association.  She earned her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University.

Patricia Short

Equity Plan Consultant

 

Patti brings over 20 years of experience in equity plan administration.   Patti began her career working at AST Equity Plan Solutions as a Relationship Manager and went on to manage the Implementation Team.  Patti’s most recent position was a Senior Stock Plan Administrator at EquityComp Associates.  In this position, Patti assisted clients with their ESPP and stock plan administration, implementations, vendor selection and projects.

Achaessa James, CEP, PMC

Senior Equity Compensation Consultant

Since 1999, Achaessa has been an equity plan administrator with a special focus on private company support. Her experience includes stock-based compensation reporting, financial reporting and audit support, cap table management, corporate governance and issuance audits, corporate transaction due diligence, pre-IPO preparation, direct stock sale programs (ESPP-style), repricings, acquisitions, tender offers, option exchange programs.

 

 

Rachel Southorn, CEP

Equity Plan Consultant

 

Rachel began her career in equity compensation in 2003 and leverages experience in a diverse and challenging range of roles.  She was introduced to equity compensation at a VC business incubator where she managed the capitalization tables and equity plans for the portfolio companies.  Since then, she has worked at E*TRADE in both administrative outsourcing and product management, as a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator at Amazon, Editorial Director at the NASPP, Sr. Equity Compensation Consultant at Stock & Option Solutions, and as the Sr. Global Stock Plans Manager at Micron.  Rachel has a strong background in plan administration, platform conversions, financial accounting, international and mobile taxation, and corporate governance.
 
Rachel continues to volunteer with the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) and is currently a member of the CEPI Curriculum Committee.
