Albert Orozco
Principal & Head of Operations
Albert has a long history in Equity Compensation. He started his career with ShareData in 1997 supporting Equity Edge. After ShareData was acquired by E*TRADE Financial Albert staffed and managed E*TRADE's Stock Plan Implementation Team. Looking for new challenges, Albert developed and managed the Stock Plan Business Analytics team, where he worked on all aspects of the business, from budgeting and forecasting to building client and participant pricing strategies. In 2017 with EPS growing quickly Albert joined Elizabeth as Principal and head of Operations.
Elizabeth Dodge, CEP

Elizabeth is the Principal and founder of Equity Plan Solutions, LLC (EPS), providing equity compensation consulting services to companies from startups to large public corporations. Previously, Elizabeth was a Vice President for Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. where she led the Professional Services team. Prior to SOS she held product management roles in stock plan services at BNY Mellon and ETRADE Corporate Services. She started EPS at the beginning of 2016, and has been in equity compensation since 1998. Elizabeth became a Certified Equity Professional in 1999 and co-authors the chapter on accounting in The Stock Option Book. She also serves on the Executive Advisory Committee of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and was honored with the NASPP Individual Achievement award in 2012 and the NASPP 10-year service award in 2017.
Lindsey Youdan
Head of Outsourcing
Lindsey Youdan has been in the equity compensation industry for over 20 years, with experience in management, relationship management, sales, operations, project management, and equity plan administration for both private and public companies. Most recently she was the Manager of the Customer Success team at Certent, an equity compensation software company. Prior to that, she was a Sr. Equity Compensation Consultant at Stock and Option Solutions, and a Stock Plan Administrator in the Outsourcing department at E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services. She was also an officer for the Sacramento NASPP chapter from 2013-2015.

Lauren is a Stock Plan Professional with several years of experience with Eames & Associates providing equity administration and compensation services to privately held companies. Lauren has a background in private client administration but is also working on special projects. Prior to settling into equity administration, Lauren was a geologist with an international environmental consulting company.
Bernice Toy

Most recently, Berni was the Programs Director at NASPP. In 2012, she founded BeUbiq, Inc., and UbiqIt®, was a cloud-based app for equity compensation that would centralize and organize the content and business knowledge governing equity compensation plans. She spent 4 years as the Sr. Manager of Global Stock Plan Services at Cisco Systems. And spent many years in international stock plan compliance at Applied Materials, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and Smith Barney. Berni was also the co-founder of StockPlan, Inc. (acquired by AST Equity Plan Solutions), the first company to provide outsourcing solutions for stock administration programs. She was one of the founding members of GEO and NASPP.
Patricia Short
Equity Plan Consultant
Patti brings over 20 years of experience in equity plan administration. Patti began her career working at AST Equity Plan Solutions as a Relationship Manager and went on to manage the Implementation Team. Patti’s most recent position was a Senior Stock Plan Administrator at EquityComp Associates. In this position, Patti assisted clients with their ESPP and stock plan administration, implementations, vendor selection and projects.
Achaessa James, CEP, PMC
Senior Equity Compensation Consultant
Since 1999, Achaessa has been an equity plan administrator with a special focus on private company support. Her experience includes stock-based compensation reporting, financial reporting and audit support, cap table management, corporate governance and issuance audits, corporate transaction due diligence, pre-IPO preparation, direct stock sale programs (ESPP-style), repricings, acquisitions, tender offers, option exchange programs.
Rachel Southorn, CEP
Equity Plan Consultant
Rachel began her career in equity compensation in 2003 and leverages experience in a diverse and challenging range of roles. She was introduced to equity compensation at a VC business incubator where she managed the capitalization tables and equity plans for the portfolio companies. Since then, she has worked at E*TRADE in both administrative outsourcing and product management, as a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator at Amazon, Editorial Director at the NASPP, Sr. Equity Compensation Consultant at Stock & Option Solutions, and as the Sr. Global Stock Plans Manager at Micron. Rachel has a strong background in plan administration, platform conversions, financial accounting, international and mobile taxation, and corporate governance.
Rachel continues to volunteer with the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) and is currently a member of the CEPI Curriculum Committee.
Alison Baker
Equity Plan Consultant
Alison has 17+ years of global equity plan administration experience. Alison began her career as a corporate paralegal and found her way to equity plan administration after working on the SEC registration process for a global employee stock program. Alison has managed and implemented stock plans globally and lead numerous database upgrades/conversions as well as implementations to vendors.
Wesley Felix, CEP
Equity Plan Consultant
With several years of experience in equity compensation, Wes began his career in stock plan administration at E*Trade Corporate Services as a Service Manager. While there, he supported a wide variety of both private and publicly traded companies. Most recently, Wes served as a Client Service Manager at Certent, Inc. on their outsourcing administration team where he was responsible for the day-to-day interaction with his clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution on all aspects of his client's equity plans. Wes received his Certified Equity Professional designation in 2016 from Santa Clara University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah in 2011.

Maggie Gomez
Equity Plan Consultant
Maggie Gomez started her career in finance at Fidelity Investments as a stockbroker in 2007 and as an equity compensation specialist shortly after. She began her stock plan career as an associate on the phones, providing customer service and helping participants understand their options. Shortly after, she moved to stock plan operations and has been involved in numerous special projects throughout her career. The most recent project was the development of the partial administration product where her role was operations consultant and SME for the implementation managers, as well as for the sales team. She worked closely with plan administrators and provided daily support as well as training on the new platform. Her areas of focus are operations, consulting, product development, project management, training, and curriculum development.
